well to be fair to ben the site does declare its self "drugs for artsy people" though i tend to think drugs and drink are drugs for artsy people but my point is that as vast majority of modern art is conceptualised the medium of digital art its self is vastly considered to be empty of thought( generalisation but visit deviantarts type places for example of hobbyists and there art) as it is core of thought that inspires as surely all creaations are started in mind, no? there does seem to be lacking intent in the work while style is heavily graphical to point of perhaps any meaningg is lost, no?
I feel that many of the commentors can't readily identify the feelings that the above art inspires in them; rather than admit that they are at a loss, they ignore their ignorance and criticize the art for not fitting within their range experience.
I really love the style here. It's surrealism, mixed with a disney-esque aesthetic. The expressions of the people are all really cool, and I love the emotion that is hidden throughout. Themes of music abound, and that adds a kind of flavor to the work.
